From 25 May 2018, a new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such information and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (known as GDPR) will apply.
Based on the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the General Regulation, in order to ensure proper protection of personal data, the data subject should first of all be provided information regarding the processing of his / her personal data set out in art. 13 and 14 para.1 and para. 2 of the GDPR - depending on whether they were obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources.

1. Your personal data are processed on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 point f of the GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legally justified economic activities performed by the Administrator;
2. Legally justified economic activities implemented by the Company consist in offering customers products and services that primarily contribute to increasing the stability and security of business operations;
3. Your personal data is processed manually and automatically;
4. The Administrator processes your personal data to the extent that they are made public by public sources, i.e. from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS), Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEiDG), among others, or in which they were made available to the Administrator when creating an account on the online trading platform available at www.livehouse.nz, www.etiles.co.nz, www.timber-flooring.co.nz
5. The data will not be made available to entities other than those authorized under the law;
6. Your data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization;
Your personal data is stored for the duration of cooperation / transaction and also after its completion for the purposes of:
· investigation of claims in connection with the cooperation
· performing duties resulting from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting regulations
· prevention of abuse and fraud
We store your personal data for marketing purposes during the cooperation or until you object to such processing.
In the case of the organization of loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can take part – we will process the data for the duration of the competition and for the period of settlement of the awards.
For the purposes of accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the rules of processing of personal data, we will store the data during the period in which Live House Ltd obliging data or documents containing them to document legal requirements and enable control of their fulfillment by public authorities.
The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the stored personal data provide physical, technical and organizational protection against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access in accordance with all applicable regulations;
In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
